How CCH Will Conduct Our Property Services With Our Clients During The Covid-19 Outbreak

Given the present state of an international health disaster with the Covid-19, we would like to inform our clients that we will be complying with government and healthcare best practises to achieve social distancing. With our staff safe and healthy, they will continue delivering the quality service you receive every day.

Our property marketing and support operations will however not be affected - as the majority of our administrative staff will be supporting our member estate agents virtually with the same care. This will help us minimise non-essential, face-to-face meetings.

  • Our member estate agents play an essential role in our communities in servicing our clients' property needs. We are committed to carry on assisting our existing clients and will provide our service to our new buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants.

  • We will be operating at full capacity and our predominantly virtual office business model allows our member estate agents to do with our CCH online tools and systems which enable them to operate professionally in these unique circumstances

  • Our support staff performing 3D Virtual scanning and photography services to our sellers will at all times be properly prepared when visiting our clients properties  - wearing facial masks and gloves and using sanitizers at the appropriate times.

How we will handle personal interactions with our clients:

  • We will not meet any client whom has entered or re-entered the country for a period of 14 days from entry. Our members agents have been instructed to do the same, should they be the ones who have travelled.

  • We have asked our member agents not to embark on any non-essential air travel.

  • Our member estate agents have been requested not to meet and interact with any clients if they are experiencing any cold- or flu symptoms, until the necessary medical steps have been taken.

How we will meet our clients at their properties / handle viewings & show houses:

  • Our member agents have been instructed to avoid all personal contact and to remain at least 1 metre away from you and your family at all times;

  • Our member agents will equip themselves with sanitizers and will make sure that these are used at the appropriate times;

  • Our member agents will request any client visiting a seller or landlord's property - for a viewing or for a show house - to make use of sanitizing products before entering the property, and to refrain from touching anything in the property
