For more information on a Helderberg suburb level, please contact one of our local area specialist (CCH property practitioners) who would be able to give you a much more detailed analysis of the suburb you would like to sell in or buy into.

It is always important to make an informed decision before putting your property onto the market - as you need to know exactly:

  • Market size : how many competing transactions have historically taken place and will be taking place around your property during your marketing period,
  • Correct pricing : what the average price achieved has been during the last quarter and year and what the correct price will be to put your property onto the market - to be able to compete effectively with all the other properties in the specific area and price range.
