On an annualized trajectory, total market value is on track to set a new record, supported by strong capital growth across key residential nodes. Paarl’s property market maintained a consistent flow of activity, averaging approximately 86 properties sold per month with a total monthly transaction value of R385 million. The overall average price per property registered during H1 2026 reached R4 502 981, reflecting sustained demand from high-net-worth buyers, families, and lifestyle investors in the Winelands.
