CCH Property Team To Participate In Biggest Overseas Properties Exhibition in London - 11 To 13 May
A CCH Property Team will be participating in the biggest Property Expo of Overseas Properties in Europe from 11 to 13 May 2018 – i.e. the A Place In The Sun Exhibition at the Olympia in London.

A variety of CCH property mandates from across the Western Cape will be exhibited at the Olympia in an effort to source new “swallows”, i.e. those buyers who prefer to experience the Western Cape (South African) summer lifestyle during the European winter period – or to get in contact with SA expats living in and around London.
The devaluation of the Rand during the last few years has resulted in Western Cape properties becoming very reasonably priced for international investors – especially in comparison with other more closer and “traditional sun seeker” property markets along especially the Mediterranean Sea such as Spain, Portugal, France and Italy. An interesting fact is that the median Western Cape property price is within the same price range as Bulgarian country side properties – making it an exceptionally well-priced property investment area.
This will be the 3rd “Places In The Sun Expo” CCH member agents will be attending in the UK during the last 2 years.
The team always endeavours to get the second home buyers to at least visit and experience the Western Cape area – before they commit to buying a property closer to their home. We undertake to actively sell our province’s multiple lifestyle offerings and to point them to our favourite things to do and places to see. We also undertake to arrange with our CCH member agents across the Western Cape to assist the potential buyers in viewing suitable properties across our area – beach properties, lifestyle lock-up and go’s, smallholdings, lifestyle farms and wine estates as well as residential estates.
CCH participated during April 2018 in the second Property Buyers Expo at Cape Town's CTICC – a property exhibition which added a property educational / informational element for the first time to property exhibitions in South Africa. CCH will in future endeavour to remain a part of such a great new way of connecting our seller’s mandates with qualified and better informed buyers.
One of CCH’s unique selling point is the emphasis we place on property expos – as this gives us access to an additional buyer sourcing marketing channel. Property expos provide us with that very important “personal touch” with the buyers - unlike the majority of estate agents who purely rely on the more impersonal property portals (websites) as their main buyer source.
