Johan Botma
My involvement with properties started in 1991 when I had the opportunity, as a Real Estate Pioneer, to gain first hand experience as a Buyer, buying residential properties to renovate, and as a Seller, selling the renovated properties. As my experience grew in the industry I found it vital to increase my knowledge and did my Board examination, conducted in terms of the Estate Agency Affairs Act, 112 of 1976, on 29 August 2002. This was the key to a full time involvement in the Real Estate Industry and after 20 years, I have no doubt that I made the right choice. After three years as a residential sales agent I got involved with the selling of development properties and gained some valuable knowledge in this field. In 2006 I was presented with the opportunity to move to the next level and become the principal of my own company which was the birth of High Tide Properties. As our world places more emphasis on the use of technology I decided to affiliate to CCH in 2008. The reason for this affiliation was the need for a well established vehicle and leader to amalgamate the old and the new in Real Estate. I obtained my RPL Qualification (NQ4) in 2010.
Monika Roux

After working in a sales environment for 11 years, during which time I received awards for most sales, I made the decision to join the estate agency to fulfil my dream of working in the property market. My two passions in life are property and helping people, the estate agent career gives me the opportunity to do both. I like to browse through property magazines in my pastime and have an interest in interior decorating. My other hobbies are reading, decoupage and arts & crafts.
I am totally committed to my customers and willing to go the extra mile. I give my utmost best to ensure the right home for you. I undertake to help with all aspects of buying/selling your property to make it a positive experience for you before, during and after the transaction .
