- Our Conveyancer, Henk Potgieter, travels to the Cape Town Deeds Office 5 days a week to attend to lodgements, registrations, etc. personally, and do not rely on impersonal correspondents;
- We are on all 4 major bank panels;
- Our fees are always negotiable, in accordance with the Rules and Guidelines as stipulated by the Law Society;
- We are BEE compliant;
- Some contracts may be more complicated than others, and our conveyancer is always prepared to assist in the preparation and drawing thereof, and pertaining to all aspects of the law;
- We extend an invitation to both Seller and Purchaser to discuss estate planning, and redraw their wills;
