Kleinbos Property suburb is located between Strand Main Road and the Railway line - stretching from Strand CBD (station) up to close to the N2. It is conveniently close to all major routes via its western border - Strand Main Road. Its northern border is the present N2, its Eastern border the railway line.

Die Kleinbos is predominantly an own title area - but has a few sectional title developments. The suburb is one of the most affordable residential areas in the Strand - an area where you can still buy a fairly large house for less than R1 million. Starting prices for 2 bedroom apartments from 50 sq.m is about R300 000. The own title houses starts at about R650 000 for a 2-bedroom unit and from about R800 000 for a 3-bedroom unit.
This area has seen good growth during the last 2 years - especially the spot closer to Strand's CBD which have been "boosted" by 3 new complexes which had been built next to the railway line. The area has also been targeted by people who buy and renovate older homes at lower prices than e.g. in Strand Central and Strand North - simply because it is more affordable.

Strand High is within walking distance from most parts of the Kleinbos, whilst Lochnerhof Primary (2 kms) and Hendrik Louw Primary (3 kms) is also very close.
