Seller's Documentation Checklist

  • Copy of the original Title Deed
  • Copy of Identity documents of owners (both spouses)
  • Marriage Certificate and ANC Contract (if applicable)
  • Most recent property rates bill
  • Most recent utility bill
  • Most recent Electrical Clearance Certificate
  • Most recent Beetle / Borer Clearance Certificate
  • Bond details – bank name / contact person / mortgage acc. Number and present balance
  • If there are any other loans against the property, supply information as above
  • If property is held ist, provide names of trustees, trust account number and contact information
  • If conveyancer is not on CCH panel, the attorney’s name, address and phone number

Seller's Contact Information

  • Your contact numbers and e-mail address
  • Spouse contact numbers and e-mail address
  • Rental agent or Tenant’s contact number and e-mail address where applicable

General

  • Marketable lifestyle information about your property (to be included on our website)
  • Exterior digital photos of your property in summer (when applicable)
  • Special features of your property which distinguishes it from other property
  • Property keys and remote controls (when applicable)

Sectional Title Property (apartments / flats) and Security Complex Property

  • Body Corporate’s Management & Conduct Rules
  • Body Corporate’s Certificate of Insurance
  • Body Corporate Audited Reports (last financial year)
  • Contact details of Managing Agents (name of account manager / e-mail and telephone numbers)
